    Pilates

    One of the ways we help you get fitter, stronger and more confident in your movements is through a course of Pilates classes. Pilates is a great general exercise that is safe for everyone, and can really help with balance and flexibility as well as the development of proper breathing techniques. The classes are run at our Pilates Macclesfield clinic, and we keep the class sizes small in order to give clients a more one to one experience where the difficulty level of each exercise can be tailored to you.
