Love to Run?

Runners love to run, and often that’s all they want to do! We are often asked, “Isn’t running enough?” Sadly, it's not. Runners are a frequently injured group with the injury rate between 50-85% when running >20 miles/week. Here’s the good news though: There is something you can do about it!
1. Movement screening, including running gait video analysis to identify any biomechanical inefficiencies.
2. Run specific strength and conditioning Even strength training twice a week can reduce the incidence of overuse injuries by up to 50% (Lauerson 2014)
So if you have a running related injury or a problem that is stopping you from running get in touch, get pain free and get back running.

What we offer and Our Guarantee

Every client's problem is different and understanding the cause and contributing factors to your pain is very important. During an initial consultation you will be asked to describe and map out your symptoms with the use of specific questioning. Further investigation is rarely necessary at this time and a thorough physical examination enables us to deliver an accurate diagnosis. A tailored treatment and rehabilitation plan can then be developed and delivered using the latest scientific evidence to alleviate pain fast. Our aim is not simply to treat your symptoms but to stop them coming back in the future by dealing with the cause.

Every client should leave knowing what is wrong, what we can do, what you can do and how long it will take to improve. We pride ourselves on giving an honest opinion and in the rare occasion we cannot help we have a network of expert consultants at the end of the phone should you need further investigation or an opinion regarding surgery. If we cannot help we know the person that can.
