Classes are run in our on-site studio, with maximum class size of 8 people. Different times through the week are available and mixed abilities are all welcome. Many clients have been coming for years and are now like family. Instructors are experienced and very friendly. After filling this form out you'll receive an email with simple instructions of how to book on to a class.
Small Class Sizes
Maximum class size of 8 means you get the attention you need to do the exercises well, not like most gyms or leisure centres.
We are very proud of our instructors and what they stand for. They make the classes what they are!
All classes are bought & booked online with our simple booking system. Reschedule or cancel a class without having to call or speak to anyone.
Come and go as you please, there is no commitment to sign up to a consecutive block of classes, so you don't miss out with those lovely holidays!
How can we put a value on our health? With our packages you can choose the option that suits your needs and use them when you want.

I signed up for one of the Pilates courses at Hogan & Mitchell Physiotherapy in an attempt to help build strength in my lower back from an old injury. They were recommended by a friend who had a similar problem. After only a month I could already feel a positive difference. The classes are great - they provide an excellent balance of both group and individual attention, and the instructors are clearly incredibly knowledgeable and proficient at what they do (good fun too). I've never done Pilates before so I was a little concerned about how I'd manage it, but I come away each week with a great feeling of accomplishment and elation. Thank you.

How does it work?
Our FREE taster session does not require any commitment to join in. If after the session you'd like to come back, greta! If not there is no pressure to sign up to anything. We'd like to think the classes speak for themselves when you get here. You are always welcome back at any point without any commitment.
What offers are available?
We offer our new clients 50% off the first paying package of 5 sessions, meaning you pay £25 for the first 5 sessions (that's just £5 per class). The cost of any further sessions depends on how many you want to buy in advance. The more you buy, the cheaper they are.
What do I need to bring or wear?
We have mats and equipment. All you need to do is turn up in some clothes you can move freely in and off you go! Some people bring a bottle of water or a drink just in case you get a bit thirsty. Valuables can be kept in the same room in the boxed shelving provided.
Is there somewhere to get changed?
Yes we have 2 large WC / changing areas where people can get changed for the class if they wish. Its all very private!
